FINAL REGISTRATION
1- Final registrations will be made between September 02 and September 06, 2024 at Tarsus University Registrar's Office.
2- For final registration, the candidate must apply in person.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION.
1) Basis for placement;
1a- International Student Exam (TR-YÖS) document conducted by State Universities in Turkey,
1b- Document showing the University Entrance Exam status (GRE, GMAT, SAT etc.) score of the relevant countries, approved by the Council of Higher Education,
1c- High school graduation certificate (Abitur, International Baccalaureate, GCE, Tawjihi etc.) with international and national validity,
2) Original high school diploma and notarized or Turkish Foreign Representatives approved Turkish translation,
3) Diploma equivalence certificate obtained from Provincial Directorates of National Education or Turkish Foreign Representatives,
4) Notarized or Turkish Foreign Representatives approved Turkish translation of passport,
5) Photocopy of Residence Permit, (Must be submitted to the Student Affairs Department within one month from the registration date. Those who are in guest status in our country due to special circumstances must present a Foreigner Identification Card) Must be obtained from the provincial immigration administration.
6) Republic of Turkey ID Number declaration or ID Card photocopy for candidates who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey,
7) For those who are foreign nationals by birth and later became citizens of the Republic of Turkey and for those who have dual citizenship in this situation, a copy of the Certificate of Population Registration,
8) For those who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey and completed their entire secondary education in a foreign country except the TRNC, a transcript of their entire secondary education (report card),
9) Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee was deposited to the relevant bank,
10) 4 photographs of 4.5 cm x 6 cm taken within the last six months,
11) Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate and Turkish Proficiency Certificate, if any,
12) Document showing that the special conditions of the program they are placed in are met,
13) Document showing a financial security amount to ensure that they can continue their higher education, (Document showing that they have the financial means to continue their higher education at our university and the contact addresses of the persons or institutions providing the document.)
14) A valid health insurance throughout their education document showing that,

15) “Student Visa” to be obtained from Embassies or Consulates of the Republic of Turkey,
16) Those who submit falsified, fake, incomplete and incorrect information and documents during the application, placement and registration process will have their transactions cancelled even if their final registrations have been made
*Candidates who have won the right to register but do not register within the registration period to be announced will be deemed to have lost their right to register
